Valora Orono, a new Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA, & CNA to join our growing team!

Valora Orono is in Orono, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 72-unit apartment-style community providing Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Shifts Available: All Shifts, AM 7a-3p, PM 3p-11p, NOCs 11p-7a, Every other weekend required

HHA Wage: $17-$22

CNA Wage: $19-$24

Shift Differential: $1 for Evenings/ $2 for Overnights

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Annual reviews with wage increases.
