Job Overview
Join the Wellpath team as a Dentist - 3 Days Weekly
. The role provides comprehensive dental services to inmate patients within the assigned facility, maintaining accurate documentation and complying with facility security regulations.
- Provide dental care and treatment to referred patients in accordance with facility regulations and standards.
- Perform routine cleaning, restorative dentistry, and extractions as needed.
- Evaluate patients' dental care needs and recommend clinically appropriate treatments.
- Take impressions for dental appliances and instruct patients in good dental hygiene techniques.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and provide in‑service training for health staff members.
- Graduate from an accredited school of dental medicine.
- One year of experience in general dentistry preferred.
- Current licensure as a dentist within the state of employment.
- Current CPR certification.
3 Days Weekly
