Clinic hours:
Monday Friday, Support staff:
Medical Assistants, Medical Scribes and LVN in office
Currently 3 physicians and 5 CNMs1 in 4 call for weekends, 1 in 3 for weekdays
CNMs take first call, physicians only get called when its beyond the CNMs scope. (C-section, device assisted delivery)
The CNMs handle most deliveries
Clinic volume between 25-35 patients per day, 1 half day procedures per week shared between all physicians for Colposcopy, IUD placement, Endometrial biopsies, etc.
Shared OR block every other week.
EMR Tenzing Average Delivery Volume: 40/month
NICU:
Level I Estimated pay range/amount is $254,949 to $473,886.
