Director, Human Resources – Butte-Glenn Community College, Main Campus – Oroville, CA

Salary: $ – $ annually. Closing Date: 12/4/2025 4:00 PM Pacific. Job Type: Full-time, Exempt. MSC Range 24; 40 hours per week; 12 months per year.

As our Human Resources Director, you will foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. You will promote and model collaboration across departments and stakeholder groups to ensure transparent communication and efficient operations. Key areas include employee and labor relations, recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, and professional development and training. Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail are essential.

Work Schedule

Monday‑Thursday: 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.;
Friday: 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Summer schedule:
Monday‑Thursday 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Friday off. Hours may vary and may include evenings and weekends as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
  • Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in HR management related to the assignment.
  • Two (2) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience in labor relations.
  • Or alternative education/experience combination that provides required qualifications.
