Job Overview

Gerber Collision & Glass invites qualified applicants for the Auto Body Refinish Prepper position. This role prepares vehicles for refinishment ensuring quality and meeting insurance guidelines.

• Surface preparation, vehicle masking, priming, and top coating.
• Apply all primers, sealers, basecoats, colour coats, and clear coats.
• Fabricate and apply anti-corrosion treatments, identify substrate, mix products, and apply.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a quality paint job will result.
