T-Mobile - Part Time Retail Sales Representative - Oroville Base pay range

$17.00/hr – $40.00/hr

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred; retail environment a plus.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Pass a pre‑employment background check (qualified applicants with criminal histories may be considered in accordance with law).
• High‑school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age.

Retail Sales Representatives are essential to bringing knowledge and expertise of T‑Mobile products and services to our customers. They provide an energetic and uplifting attitude, assist and educate customers on innovative technology, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where technology and the customer experience evolve continuously. They are self‑motivated team players who aim to achieve company goals and are eager to learn and share knowledge.

• Assist and sell to customers while providing exemplary customer experience and building loyalty by:
  • Approaching customers confidently and assessing their needs.
  • Building trust by answering questions, educating, and offering solutions that lead to a T‑Mobile sale.
  • Assessing and recommending suitable plans and products.
  • Finding the right‑fit phone, mobile technology, and rate‑plan package.
  • Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Develop skills through training and development to become an operational, customer‑service, and sales expert:
  • Obtain or receive merchandise, total bills, accept payments, and make change.
  • Perform all required opening and closing duties.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit targets.
  • Research and memorize T‑Mobile’s product lineup.
  • Utilize training to become a Mobile Expert.
  • Support team, maintain store appearance, and keep technology knowledge current.
  • Consistently act in the best interest of the company.

Sales: $16.50–$40.21 per hour, including potential commission.
