Field Helper

• Assisting with Pest Control Routes and webbing of structures, which can vary from residential to commercial.
• Assisting with our City/Government bids, including Weed Abatement Services, Exclusion Services, Repair Services, etc.
• Performing Team Accounts on our complexes for webbing of structures with a crew.
• Tailgating activities such as door‑knocking and handing/hanging flyers for our promotional services.
• Training toward becoming a Pest Technician, Termite Treater, Repairman, Salesman, etc.
• May assist in administrative tasks such as ordering equipment and supplies, driving company vehicles to and from job sites, and towing trailers, tractors, etc.

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Anywhere between 4 to 8 hour shifts, Day shift

Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work to our Oroville Branch

• Good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be over 23 years old to drive a company vehicle.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Safely handle and dispose of pesticides properly.
• Willing and able to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl, lift and carry for extended periods of time (within crawl spaces, attics and basements).
• Climb ladders and work at heights, including attics.
• Occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
