Service Technician – High-End Cars | Orpington, Kent (BR6) | £30,000–£39,000 OTE

Salary: £30,000–£39,000 per year (Basic up to £35,000 + monthly bonus £200–£400)

Monday–Friday (no weekends)

We're looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our family-run garage and prestige dealership in Orpington. No formal qualifications are required—what matters is a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and some prior hands‑on experience with cars.

This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role working on high‑end vehicles such as Ferrari, Bentley, Porsche, BMW, and Audi. You'll focus on PDI, routine servicing, tyre changes, and light repair work, while gaining valuable experience and support from our skilled team.

• Base salary up to £35,000 + monthly bonus (£200–£400); OTE up to £39,000
• Monday–Friday: 8:00am–5:30pm, no weekend work
• 20 days annual leave
• Hands‑on training on prestige and high‑performance vehicles

• Carry out PDI, servicing, and light repairs on high‑end vehicles
• Perform tyre changes, wheel balancing, oil changes, fluid top‑ups, and basic maintenance
• Assist senior technicians with general workshop tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Learn and develop your skills in a fast‑paced, high‑end workshop

• Some hands‑on experience with cars—mechanic, service, or vehicle technician background
• Eager to learn, motivated, and reliable
• Positive attitude and team player
• Interest in prestige and high‑performance vehicles
• Full UK driving licence
