We’re working with a busy and well-established Construction company contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across London, looking to bring on a Freelance Quantity Surveyor.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish across a varied portfolio, including Residential, Heritage and Education projects
* Start: 2–4 weeks
* Contract:
Outside IR35
* Duration:
Long-term / ongoing work secured
* Working pattern:
Hybrid (site/office + 1 day WFH)
* Supportive team with autonomy over your projects
Requirements
* Proven experience running projects end-to-end
* Refurbishment / external works experience (desirable)
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Comfortable supporting/mentoring an Assistant QS
This is a great opportunity for a QS looking for long-term freelance work, autonomy, and a strong project pipeline
