SEN Teaching Assistant – Bromley – SEN / Alternative Provision – £90–£110 a day (depending on experience) – Full Time – Immediate Start

* SEN Teaching Assistant – Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN or SEMH needs required

* SEN Teaching Assistant – Experience working with challenging behaviour desirable

* SEN Teaching Assistant – Must be confident supporting learning, behaviour and emotional regulation

* SEN Teaching Assistant – Required full time ASAP

The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant

Seeking a committed and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and achieve their individual EHCP outcomes. The role involves supporting emotional regulation, promoting positive behaviour strategies and contributing to a calm, structured and supportive learning environment.
