SEN LSA

Position: SEN LSA 8.15-1.30 Fridays
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Officer (LSO) to join our team  in Orpington. If you have a passion for supporting students' learning and helping them thrive academically, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to students in a variety of subjects, working both one-on-one and in small groups.

Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning activities for students with additional needs.

Promote an inclusive environment where all students feel supported and encouraged.

Assist in managing classroom behaviour to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Support the preparation and organization of learning materials and resources.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.

A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting students.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to adapt to the individual learning needs of students.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
