Overview
Our client is a specialist M&E Service Provider that is currently enjoying a growth period and is looking to hire an experienced Estimator for its small works projects team.
Responsibilities- Deliver precise cost assessments for repairs, maintenance, and projects predominantly in the commercial sector.
- Consider all pertinent information about each job to provide detailed cost information.
- Play a key role in the delivery of small works projects.
- Visit sites as and when required.
- Proven track record in a similar estimator role.
- Electrical or mechanical background with relevant qualifications.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- £50,000 - £60,000 salary
- Company pension scheme
- Hybrid working
