This opportunity is ideal for a professional motivated and knowledgeable Mortgage & Protection Advisor who wants to work with a progressive independent estate agency covering South East London and Kent.

You will manage client mortgage and protection needs benefit from a steady flow of quality leads and contribute to the continued growth of the financial services division.

• Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
• Managing leads generated through the agency’s network and client database
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities for protection products
• Ensuring clients receive comprehensive compliant and tailored financial solutions
• Maintaining accurate client records and adhering to regulatory standards
• Building and developing relationships with internal and external partners
• Driving the growth of the financial services division through proactive business development

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification essential
• Proven experience as a Mortgage or Financial Advisor
• Strong knowledge of mortgage markets and products
• Skilled in cross-selling protection and insurance solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional articulate and well-presented
• Highly motivated with a proven sales track record
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases effectively
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

• Exceptional earning potential (realistic OTE 60k)
