Job Description & How to Apply Below

Techary redefines the way customers procure, implement, and support their organisations' technology, providing an innovative alternative to the traditional Managed Service Provider (MSP) / Value-Added Reseller (VAR) approach.

Our concept, “Technology, done differently”, embodies our belief that the way our customers consume and utilize technology should innovate at the same pace as the technology itself.

Our customers range from small start-ups to global enterprises. From designing, deploying and managing infrastructure stacks within low-latency financial trading environments, to relocating the headquarters of a global fintech firm, our operations span multiple markets, industries and geographies.

Techary has helped customers scale their operations globally, gain an advantage in financial markets, enabled mission-critical projects and, most importantly, implemented technology that delivers alpha-accelerating business transformation.

The Role

Techary is at the forefront of delivering intelligent technology solutions that transform how our clients operate. As we evolve our services to embrace the next wave of innovation, we’re building an AI practice that connects our expertise in infrastructure, data, and engineering with cutting-edge AI capability.

We’re looking for someone to lead and shape this journey — developing Techary’s AI strategy, building partnerships, driving internal adoption, and taking new offerings to market. This role blends strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery, and will sit at the heart of how Techary defines its approach to AI across our global business.

We are seeking a hands‑on AI Practice Lead to spearhead the development, delivery and adoption of our AI strategy across data, infrastructure and engineering. This role is critical to building and scaling our AI strategy, both internally to the business and to customers. The perfect candidate combines deep technical thinking and a passion for applying AI to real world challenges. This role will leverage Techary’s trusted relationships with OEMs, vendors and strategic partners to build a scalable and differentiated AI practice that reflects Techary’s culture of innovation and delivery excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Development

  • Collaborate with OEMs and Techary vendor ecosystem to develop our AI practice and end‑to‑end solution portfolio.
  • Engage and expand strategic business partnerships across the AI landscape (infrastructure, data, and engineering).
  • Build and maintain a Techary solutions portfolio, structured around our three core pillars;
    Data, Infrastructure, and Engineering.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, ensuring clear, differentiated value propositions for clients.
  • Develop repeatable service offerings and playbooks that scale across regions and sectors.

Internal AI Enablement

  • Lead the internal AI adoption in collaboration with wider Modern Workplace, Infrastructure, and Security teams, ensuring AI is embedded into the way we work.
  • Drive internal awareness, enablement, and education around AI tools, capabilities, and ethics.
  • Own and develop the architecture and governance of AI infrastructure and tooling.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, frameworks, policies, and ethical best practices.
  • Oversee integration of AI platforms and tooling into Techary’s internal systems.
  • Ensure model performance monitoring, fairness, explainability and compliance (e.g., GDPR, ISO standards, etc.).
  • Promote a culture of measurable impact and continuous improvement.

Leadership and Strategy

  • Track record of setting and delivering on AI strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to transition AI initiatives from incubation to scale.
  • Build a roadmap for AI capability growth, including talent development, partnerships and service maturity.
  • Serve as Techary’s internal and external AI evangelist, representing the company in partner, client, and industry conversations.
  • Experience building and developing cross‑functional AI teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication…
