Senior Project Manager – CRM Harmonisation Initiative
Job SummaryWe are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead a major CRM harmonisation initiative involving two large‑scale platform migrations: from Adobe to SAP and from Oracle to Salesforce. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive delivery of work streams within a complex multi‑vendor environment.
Responsibilities- Lead delivery of identified work packages to time and scope as outlined in the project brief (subject to formal change control).
- Lead detailed scoping of work packages, acting as a Business Analyst to scope UK market requirements and ensure alignment across the business.
- Define UK work package content, structure, timeline, interdependencies and IT requirements; organize and manage so packages can be delivered successfully.
- Escalation point for all issues, risks and decision‑making for day‑to‑day development and delivery of specified work packages.
- Motivate and guide stakeholders to secure input, ensuring an optimal project plan.
- Inspire and motivate stakeholders and teams (including Munich project team, UK/IE business process owners, UK/IE employees, Channel owners, Retailers and Customers) to develop and adopt solutions that support UK business requirements.
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large‑scale technology or CRM migration programmes.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, ideally with exposure to Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business and IT, translating requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Experience working in agile environments, including sprint planning, ceremonies and iterative delivery.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
- Strong organisational and planning capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.
- Background working in multi‑vendor or enterprise‑scale environments.
- Ability to operate in hybrid PM/BA roles when required.
- Experience in CRM consolidation or harmonisation programmes.
