As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our leisure or golf site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly—from customer service to site management. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and optimising the operational efficiency of our site through support of our Duty Managers.

- Manage the daily operations of the leisure / golf site
- Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak times
- Staff management recruitment, training, development, absence management, staff 1‑2‑1, competency framework, timesheets
- Step in to cover Duty Manager shifts as needed to ensure smooth operations and address any staffing shortages, in line with business requirements
- Manage, develop and co‑ordinate staff resources effectively to meet all operational requirements
- Collaborate with senior management to establish and achieve long‑term business goals
- Build and maintain a sound organisational structure, recruiting, training and motivating staff
- Recognised qualification in Leisure Management, Sports Development or a related subject, preferably degree level or NVQ 4
- Good knowledge of leisure and running/operation of leisure sites
- NPLQ & PPO qualification
