About the Role

Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking NMC registered nurses with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in community nursing within the UK to join our team on an agency basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Community / District Nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community setting.

As a Community / District Nurse, you will provide holistic nursing care to patients in their own homes across Bromley, Orpington, Beckenham, and surrounding areas. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and support patients in managing their health needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the community as a Community / District Nurse.

* Conduct assessments, wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease management.

* Collaborate with GPs, social services, and other healthcare professionals.

* Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to NMC standards.

* Provide patient education and promote independence wherever possible.

Requirements

* NMC Registered Nurse with valid PIN.

* Minimum 1 year of UK experience in community nursing.

* Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).

* Ability to work flexibly across 2–5 shifts per week.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
