Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at Renault Orpington. This role combines the commercial, coaching, and finance leadership responsibilities traditionally associated with Sales Controller and Business Manager positions, creating a broader opportunity within the New Car Sales department.

Working alongside the General Sales Manager, you’ll support the performance, profitability, coaching, and day-to-day operation of the New Car Sales Team. You’ll play an important role in helping Sales Executives succeed, maintaining high standards of customer experience, and ensuring the effective operation of the finance and insurance function.
