Installation Engineer (x1) CCTV / Access Control
Location: London & South East Kent, Sussex, Surrey
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £35,000 £ 38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We re looking for an Installation Engineer with strong experience in CCTV and Access Control systems to join our dedicated installations team operating across London and the South East.
You ll be responsible for installing CCTV and Access Control systems in residential homes, small to medium enterprises, and schools, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards. This role is ideal for a skilled engineer who takes pride in quality installations and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive, professional team.
Key Skills & Essential ExperienceMUST have CCTV and Access Control installation experience
Experience with IP and Analogue CCTV systems and basic networking
Installation of Door Entry systems
Knowledge of major CCTV and Access Control brands
Understanding of NSI codes of practice for installation, commissioning, and maintenance
Experience with App-based systems is beneficial
Full, manual UK driving licence required
You ll be a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Installation Engineer with a passion for CCTV and Access Control systems. You should be confident communicating with clients, able to manage your time effectively, and committed to delivering high-quality installations.
Ideally, you ll live within easy reach of London, Kent, Surrey, or Sussex. Ongoing training and career development opportunities are provided, with clear pathways to progress within the company.
Hours & ScheduleMonday to Friday, 7.75 hours per day (start by 8:30 am)
Field-based role flexibility required for travel across the South East
Work involves use of ladders and can be physically demanding
NSSA Security Screening required prior to employment
