Accounting Coordinator

Minutemen Direct is recruiting an Accounting Coordinator for a Transportation and Logistics company in Orville, OH. This is a direct hire opportunity and comes with a full benefits package. Starting pay is $60K-$70K. Do you have at least 3 years of corporate accounting experience, if so this would be a position for you.

The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for reconciling bank statements, verifying the accuracy of transactions and resolving discrepancies.

Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, investigating and answering questions.

Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and areas of improvement. Identify opportunities that enhance processes, reporting, and analysis.

Proficient in Excel and Great Plains accounting software.

Good leadership qualities.

• 3 Years of corporate accounting experience
• Accounting degree preferred but not required
• Detail oriented and likes to multitask
• Good problem solving skills
