Accounting Coordinator

The Transportation and Logistics Company in Orville, OH is recruiting an Accounting Coordinator (direct hire with a full benefits package).

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

This role requires at least 3 years of corporate accounting experience and involves reconciling bank statements, verifying transaction accuracy, resolving discrepancies, reviewing accounts payable and receivable transactions, investigating and answering questions, analyzing financial data and trends, and identifying opportunities for process and reporting improvement.

• Reconcile bank statements and verify the accuracy of transactions.
• Investigate and resolve bank statement discrepancies.
• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and answer related inquiries.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
• Propose enhancements to processes, reporting and analysis.
• Use Excel and Great Plains accounting software for all tasks.
• Demonstrate sound leadership qualities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• 3 years of corporate accounting experience.
• Accounting degree preferred but not required.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Adaptable, quick thinker with a strong customer‑service orientation.
