Accounts Payable Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Orrville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Orrville, Ohio. As an Accounts Payable Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payment and reimbursement for our facility.

• Be proficient in balancing daily census by payor and have experience in private pay collections processes
• Prioritize multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Handle day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Interact with people in a professional, courteous manner
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company information

• 1 year of experience as a Business Office Manager (preferred)
• Knowledge of Medicaid processes and payor sources in the long-term care field
• Experience with payroll services and benefits
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with ease
