Revenue Management Intern, Summer

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) uses data and analytics to help drive profitable growth for our brands and retail partners. As an RGM intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience analyzing pricing, promotions, product mix, and pack strategies to understand in‑market performance and identify opportunities for growth. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where curiosity, analytical thinking, and creative problem‑solving are encouraged.

Location:

Orrville, OH

Work Arrangements:
Hybrid – onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business needs requires

• Support analysis across pricing, promotions, product mix, and pack sizes to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to support RGM strategies and key business initiatives
• Assist in analyzing competitive and internal data and creating reports that highlight key insights and business opportunities
• Gain an understanding of how RGM decisions create value for consumers, shoppers, customers, and the business

• A Rising Junior or Senior with an interest in pursuing a career in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Marketing, or other related fields
• A passion for numbers, data, analytics, and strategy
• The ability to take initiative and work collaboratively

Compensation Range: $21-$26/hr Actual hourly rate is determined based upon the year of college that will be completed at the start of the internship
