Salary: $40,000 to $80,000+ per year

• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
• Build customer relations to increase satisfaction
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices and professional image
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and update customers frequently
• Maximize profitability through sales and retail promotion execution
• Oversee technicians working on customers’ vehicles, including time management, parts ordering, and job completion times
• Participate in quality control and oversee related processes

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent speaking, reading, and writing English
• Concentration and task accomplishment despite interruptions
• Multitasking skills
• Proficient use of computers/business machines
