SERPENTINI CHEVROLET OF ORRVILLE is seeking a high-energy, positive sales professional to join our team!

5-day work week

Closed every Sunday and holidays

Unlimited income potential

Paid vacation, full benefits (medical, dental, 401K)

No car sales experience required; we prefer some customer service experience, but we will fully train the right candidate. Who is the right person? Someone who is highly motivated, fast-paced, organized, passionate about success, a team player, open-minded, goal-oriented, and most importantly, coachable!

• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and excel in sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day.

• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Eager to learn and improve product knowledge quickly.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
