Project Monitoring Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a "Project Monitoring Engineer" to be assigned to our Project Management and Design Office unit in our Trabzon Central Office.

• Graduate of the Civil Engineering Department of universities,
• 7-10 years of experience in the design, control, and implementation of reinforced concrete and steel structures,
• Experience in the design and control of large-scale projects,
• Proficient in using software such as Sap
  2000, Sta4
  
  Cad, Etabs, Safe, or Tekla, in compliance with international standards, and well-versed in REVIT,
• Experience in Permit-Application Projects, Detailing, and Manufacturing,
• Capable of coordinating and ensuring the harmony and execution of architectural, electrical, mechanical, static, and other discipline projects,
• Proficient in quantity surveying and bid processes,
• Ability to coordinate with field teams,
• Competent in structural project design and analysis,
• Able to coordinate and report on work with other disciplines.

• Mastery of all project processes related to implementation under the responsibility of the Project and Design unit,
• Follow-up on all projects under responsibility, ensuring discipline and team coordination, and publishing projects to relevant units,
• Perform technical checks in the process of reviewing received implementation projects, coordinating disciplines such as Architectural, Static, Electrical, and Mechanical, and conducting superposition studies, ensuring necessary corrections if needed,
• Prepare Shop-Drawing and As-Built projects needed by discipline projects, ensuring the production and control of detail solutions and publishing them,
• Participate in quantity surveying and bid processes, prepare technical documents, and report by preparing technical documents,
• Support the Technical Office and Procurement departments in preparing tender documents (technical specifications, details, etc.) based on implementation projects,
• Support the relevant site units in flawlessly executing the manufacturing processes of projects under responsibility and monitoring/control of processes,
• Follow up and resolve issues from manufacturing units and prepare additional drawings needed in the field during manufacturing,
• Ensure coordination of implementation projects in line with the work program and support the planning department.
