ITProposal is seeking a backfill IT Tech Support for 100% on-site work in Şişli, Istanbul. You’ll be the first contact for IT issues, supporting end users and collaborating with L2/L3 engineers to minimize downtime.
The role requires 2–4 years in IT Helpdesk or desktop support, strong Windows/MS 365 troubleshooting, and familiarity with AD/Azure AD. On-site only, with clear shift patterns and strict data security.
