Support and/or complete medium to high level, complex engineering tasks/projects as assigned to meet business objectives and support product lines for the food service industry.

• Conceive, plan, develop, & coordinate projects as an individual contributor or as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Create and develop engineering project documentation, i.e. bill of materials, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop prototypes and test plans; validate as required.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve engineering project issues.
• Participate in or conduct design reviews and provide feedback, using the appropriate tools i.e. FMEA, field and lab testing.
• Research and provide the required product information to support sales, service, and marketing to satisfy customer needs.
• Define and execute VAVE projects as assigned.
• Apply advanced engineering theory and practices, along with experience, to complex designs.
• Coordinate engineering activities with other departments including change plans, engineering changes, performance/agency testing and trial runs.
• Support assembly and manufacturing operation. Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance to resolve production issues.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – BSME Preferred (ABET accredited College/University) 3-5 years of mechanical engineering competency in a manufacturing environment.

• Autodesk Inventor experience a plus but not required
• Electrical wiring and design a plus but not required.
• Food equipment experience preferred

$75,000-$85,000
