Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide patient care across a variety of settings. You will work 8 am‑8 pm, 7 days a week, with a schedule created two months in advance and flexible weekend/holiday rotations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive urgent care including suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, x‑ray reads, and treating patients of all ages.
  • Practice autonomously within scope of practice while collaborating with a cohesive, team‑based care model.
  • Lead and mentor fellow providers, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Adapt to same‑day shift changes and float across multiple clinic locations.
Qualifications
  • Washington license (active and in good standing) by the time of employment.
  • DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience post‑degree in urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine setting.
