Description
Will perform a wide range of secretarial duties in a very busy office - including but not limited to answering telephone, patient scheduling, collecting copays, collecting patient payments, computer entry, faxing, scanning, and insurance claim follow up. Employee needs to be flexible and a team player. Employee will be expected to work on various projects and work at various locations, as needed.
Any other duties as assigned by manager.

- Some nursing assistant skills would be a plus.
- high school degree or equivalent required.
- Work experience in medical office would be a preference.
- Also, prefer prior completion of formal secretarial training program of experience.
