DaVita is looking for an ambitious, operationally‑focused and results‑driven Registered Nurse (RN) Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) to lead an outpatient clinic. As the trusted front‑line leader, you will directly impact patient care, manage the clinic’s operations, and develop your team to deliver outstanding health outcomes.
Responsibilities- Patients come first. Build relationships with patients while continuously improving their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for our patients, teammates, and community.
- Manage the clinic’s operations and performance: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance.
- Operate the clinic autonomously while leveraging support from the director, regional peers, and the company.
- Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals and standards.

- Associate’s degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in a related area strongly preferred. - Minimum of one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military (or equivalent renal experience) at the discretion of DVP and/or ROD.
- Current RN license in the state of employment (if required).
- Current CPR certification or required within 60 days of hire.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Collaboration is essential; you will work with clinical and financial teams on a daily basis to produce results that align to business needs.
- Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of ROD and/or Divisional Vice President.
