Accounts and Payroll Coordinator IPHCC

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer bi-weekly payroll processing smoothly

• Validate vendor invoices for compliance

• Record and apply customer payments promptly

• Reconcile accounts accurately with general ledger

• Manage employee benefits and pension plan data

Requirements:

• Experience in an accounting position for 2-3 years

• Knowledge of Ontario payroll legislation

• High accuracy with financial data entry

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with Dynamics GP or similar platforms
