Position: Experienced Assurance Manager Role
Become an Experienced Assurance Manager with RLB, fostering client trust and team excellence in Southern Ontario. Manage engagements while coaching the next generation of accounting professionals.

RLB is actively seeking a CPA to strengthen its assurance team. This position involves leading client engagements, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and mentoring junior team members. With an emphasis on relationships, you'll help develop both client trust and team capabilities through targeted training programs and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the planning and execution of client engagements

• Ensure quality control in financial statement preparations

• Guide and mentor junior team members effectively

• Participate in developing training programs for staff

• Cultivate strong client relationships and satisfaction

Requirements:

• CPA designation in good standing

• At least 2 years of relevant public accounting experience

• Experience in auditing, reviews, and tax processes

• Proficient in Caseware, Tax Prep, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills focused on building trust
