As a key member of RWDI's accounting team, you will manage invoicing processes and assist Project Managers in evaluating project performance.
Your role will involve maintaining project files, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and troubleshoots financial issues effectively. This position calls for strong organizational skills alongside a keen understanding of financial accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage invoice generation and project file organization
• Prepare client invoices following company guidelines
• Collaborate with Project Managers for financial analysis
• Assist in updating project billing schedules
• Support collections activities according to company policies
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree in business or accounting
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Accounting
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with multi-company, multi-currency environments
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 beneficial
