Under the guidance of the Supervisor, Accounts Payable, you will ensure the timely processing of payments while adhering to established controls. Responsibilities include liaising with schools, departments, and vendors, resolving inquiries regarding invoices, and requesting necessary refunds. Your accuracy and organizational skills will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and employee reimbursements accurately

• Resolve outstanding purchase orders and invoice discrepancies

• Liaise with vendors for payment inquiries and follow-ups

• Request refund cheques and verify banking information

• Perform additional duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma with 1+ year accounting experience

• Familiarity with high-volume accounts payable tasks

• Strong knowledge of internal controls and procedures

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
Oracle experience is a plus

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
