Accounts Receivable Analyst Power

Reporting to the Manager of Accounting, the Accounts Receivable Analyst plays a key role in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance. You will conduct cash/bank reconciliations, prepare invoices, and support audits while collaborating across teams. Your analytical skills will be crucial for performing detailed reconciliations and resolving accounting queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily cash and bank reconciliations

• Complete journal entries and account reconciliations

• Prepare monthly billing and job cost setups

• Support external audit processes effectively

• Respond to accounting-related queries from departments

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Finance

• Proven experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping

• Strong knowledge of job costing processes

• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
