Plant Controller Guelph Manufacturing Finance

Lead manufacturing finance for Original Composites & Fiberglass in Guelph, combining plant accounting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Support permanent operations across Guelph and Wixom.
The Plant Controller provides financial and functional leadership for the Guelph facility. Reporting to the Plant Leader, this position supports plant accounting, planning, forecasting, inventory accounting, capital governance, and internal controls. The role also leads Guelph Sourcing and Supply Chain while translating operating performance into financial insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Prepare and explain financial statements, reconciliations, and operating results
Lead annual planning, forecasts, and long-range financial planning
Improve conversion cost, productivity, inventory, and working capital
Lead Guelph Sourcing and Supply Chain teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Five years’ manufacturing finance or controllership experience
Knowledge of accounting principles, controls, reporting, and forecasting

Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, and capital governance
Legal right to work and live in Canada
