Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

This Accounts Receivable Specialist oversees the organization’s A/R function and leads the Accounts Receivable team. The work includes monitoring aging, resolving payment discrepancies, and supporting branch teams. It also covers reconciliations, reporting, and timely escalation of collection concerns.

• Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations and customer account accuracy
• Monitor aging and follow up on overdue balances
• Resolve payment issues, discrepancies, and account concerns
• Approve adjustments, credits, write-offs, and A/R transactions
• Escalate high-risk accounts and complex collection matters

• Experience overseeing Accounts Receivable functions and collections
• Ability to analyze aging and collection performance reports
• Capability to complete or oversee account reconciliations
• Ability to maintain standardized procedures and SOPs
