Part-Time CFO Services seeks an entry-level accountant supporting National Shunt’s financial processes and reporting. The position suits recent graduates and candidates with one to three years of experience. Responsibilities span accounting transactions, payroll, accounts payable, operational reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll and logistics information accurately
Maintain accounts payable listings and reconcile General Ledger
Prepare weekly invoices and address contractor discrepancies
Create financial, operational, and performance reports
Assist with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and taxation
Requirements:
Pursuing or holding a CPA designation
University degree or equivalent
At least six months of accounting experience
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Access to a vehicle for regional travel
Build financial analysis, reporting, payroll, and accounting experience while supporting National Shunt through Part-Time CFO Services.
