As a Senior Accountant, you will serve clients across a wide range of industries while delivering compilation engagements. The position includes coaching junior team members and working directly with clients to provide service. Key Responsibilities:
Lead compilation engagements across diverse industries
Execute compilation engagements for RLB LLP clients
Coach junior team members through assigned work
Work directly with clients to provide service
Requirements:
CPA designation or close to completion
Public accounting experience in compilations or Assurance
Collaborative mindset and strong client relationship skills
Curiosity-driven approach to learning and problem-solving
Caseware, Tax Prep, and Microsoft Office experience beneficial
Bring compilation expertise, client service, and mentorship skills to RLB LLP as a Senior Accountant supporting diverse industries.
