Your tasks will include directing calls, assisting customers in the showroom, and managing essential administrative tasks. Excellent oral and written communication, alongside strong computer skills, are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct calls courteously to appropriate staff
• Assist customers visiting the showroom with inquiries
• Communicate important messages efficiently across departments
• Regularly update dealership schedules and directories
• Manage vehicle licensing and inventory administration
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Must be reliable and team-oriented
• Daytime availability is required
