Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a multi-line phone and server communication effectively
• Maintain confidentiality for all client-related information
• Redirect calls and assist clients with service inquiries
• Work collaboratively with the UHHS administration team
• Handle the delivery and organization of mail and packages
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in a relevant role
• Preferred post-secondary administration diploma
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of Toronto's community resources
• Competence with software applications and database usage
