Elevate tenant experiences as an Assistant Resident Manager with Skyline Group of Companies in Guelph, ON. This full-time role demands effective management of apartments through cleaning and customer service.
In this position, you will ensure the smooth daily operation of apartment buildings while providing excellent tenant service. The role involves a rotating schedule, including weekends and on-call duty. Your hands-on responsibilities will include light maintenance, cleaning, and various administrative tasks to support the rental office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly clean and maintain building facilities
• Assist in preparing units for new tenants post-move-out
• Perform seasonal outdoor cleaning and minor maintenance
• Organize rental office paperwork and manage tenant inquiries
• Collect rent and distribute tenant notices
Requirements:
• High School diploma or 3 years of relevant experience
• Competence in Word, Excel, and email systems
• Understanding of tenant legislation and building codes beneficial
• Capability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
