Facilitate essential operations at McNeill Nakamoto as an Administrative Coordinator for construction projects in Burnaby, BC.

As an expert with over 5 years in administrative and project coordination, you’ll support multiple construction projects, ensuring all documentation is maintained. Your tasks will include organizing files, tracking key milestones, and managing project schedules. You will also play a pivotal role in coordinating meetings and supporting procurement activities, vital for project flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project documentation, including files and specifications
• Track key project schedules and financial deadlines

Requirements:
