Salary Range: $45,000 + Benefits

They are seeking a highly organized and professional individual who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors while supporting the day‑to‑day administrative operations of the office.

What Will You Do?
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email inquiries
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries
Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a professional appearance
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
Assist with data entry, filing, record management, and document organization
Support various administrative projects and office initiatives
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
Provide general administrative support team members as required
What Do You Bring?
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service or office support role
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and friendly customer service approach
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in an in‑person office environment
Positive attitude and willingness to support a team wherever needed
