Collaborating with Advisors on urgent requests during client meetings, you'll ensure that all inquiries are handled promptly. Compliance reporting and general office duties may also be part of your responsibilities.

• Maintain the accuracy of the client database
• Prepare and book materials for client meetings
• Respond to requests and inquiries swiftly
• Assist with compliance-related tasks
Requirements:
• College diploma in business or similar field
• Knowledge of finance-related regulations
