Location: Whitby
Take on the role of Receptionist / Administrative Assistant in South Whitby, ON with a respected professional services organization. Your contributions will make each visitor's experience exceptional while managing core administrative duties.
This in-person position demands a proactive individual who thrives in a busy office setting supporting various administrative projects. Your work week will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, forging a welcoming first impression for clients and vendors alike. Responsibilities include reception, scheduling, and office supply management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and manage a professional reception area
• Answer incoming calls and manage electronic communications
• Organize and maintain mail, packages, and deliveries
• Schedule meetings and assist with appointment logistics
• Support administrative projects and data entry tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
