Become a key player at Durham Community Health Centre as a Part-Time Executive Assistant in Oshawa, Ontario. This role emphasizes efficiency in managing schedules and liaising with various stakeholders.
DCHC is looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to assist the VP in streamlining operations and facilitating important projects.
Your role will involve crafting correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining accurate records. With your strong attention to detail and ability to manage simultaneous tasks, you’ll help enhance DCHC’s community-focused mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage VPs' calendars and prepare relevant materials
• Act as a liaison to various stakeholders both internally and externally
• Draft and monitor correspondence and follow-up actions
• Organize travel and accommodation for VPs
• Create meeting agendas and capture minutes
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of experience in executive support
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• High level of discretion in handling sensitive issues
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office and various office software
