Shape participant experiences as the Administrative Coordinator for Sport and Recreation at Abilities Centre. Focus on facilitating inclusive sport programs and community engagement.
Your primary responsibilities will involve implementing effective registration processes and support for various inclusive programs. Collaborate with Senior Coordinators to book spaces, manage feedback, and provide essential administrative support.
Your role is pivotal in promoting participation and ensuring every community member develops their physical literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ActiveNET registration for programs
• Book and promote Field Trips and Workshops
• Develop promotional content with Marketing Department
• Gather participant feedback for program improvements
• Assist with additional administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education required
• Proven experience in program delivery and evaluation
• Strong understanding of integration for individuals with disabilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and recreation software
• A current vulnerable sector check required
