As a key team member, you will work under the Finance Manager to support the Foundation's mission through efficient gift processing and data management. This role combines administrative support with opportunities for engaging with donors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while celebrating their contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process gifts from a variety of fundraising activities
• Ensure accurate donor data management in the CRM
• Facilitate planned giving and estate gift administration
• Assist with events and broader fundraising campaigns
• Generate essential reports for donor recognition
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in data entry or fundraising administration
• Familiarity with Raiser's Edge or similar database
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft 360 Office
• Strong commitment to customer service and detail
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
Your organizational and analytical skills will help propel The Foundation's mission forward, building enduring donor relationships to enhance community healthcare.
